While there is no guarantee for delivery by or on a particular day, the below guidance has been provided by our carriers for domestic delivery by Christmas.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We process orders Monday through Friday and attempt to get all orders out within 2 business days!
Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the U.S. Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
You will get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track your order from our warehouse to your door! Please allow at least 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package within the first 48 hours of it leaving our warehouse and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page. If you do not see tracking information after the first 48 hours, please email us at support@JuJuEnergy.com
Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 2-12 business days depending on the shipping service. Because the USPS estimates delivery dates, transit times vary from one class of mail to another and cannot be guaranteed by us nor the USPS.
International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 business days (depending on the destination) to arrive once confirmed.
Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare and ship your order
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Your local postal driver may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.
We recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery.
If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, BUT your local post office can definitely give you more information.
VAT, Taxes, and Duties. We do not calculate or collect taxes/duties at time of payment, and we cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. It is your responsibility to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) and if duties or tariffs are collected upon delivery. We won't provide a refund on the shipping of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations, taxes, or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can't issue a refund.
** You, as the customer, are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply.
We charge you in U.S. Dollars. Once payment has been processed by your bank, it will be converted to your local currency.
Locations: We do not currently ship to Germany. For countries where parcel tracking services are not available, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased within the last 15 days.
The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
All t-shirts and hat sales are FINAL, no returns or exchanges.
You should also have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from JuJu. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.
Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
